JEA HydroTech Engineering, Inc. is a diverse and experienced group of Licensed Professional Engineers and Registered Professional Land Surveyors.
The firm is the result of a 2004 merger of J•E & Associates Consulting Engineers (1988) and Hydrotech Engineering (1996).
Our professionals are the foundation of our success. Led by Principals Ed Gutierrez, P.E. and Adel Zantout, P.E., our team has professional experience spanning centuries in the following disciplines:
